Fantastic Hotel Experience!!!
larger room perfect escape safe parking easy walk
I received an upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. This hotel provides a perfect escape. The parking is very safe and the cheapest near the city center. It is also located within easy walking distance to the city center.
The walls seemed somewhat thin, I could hear doors shutting and people talking in the corridor.

The breakfast front of house manager was great. Some staff members asked how we were and were interested in our responses. Several staff members provided really good guest interaction and hospitality, so I appreciated their help.

The rooms are well equipped, I can attest. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a lovely terrace. The beds were luxurious and comfy with excellent bedding. The room includes a television with a welcome message.

excellent stay near the city
city center spacious room great comfort
i appreciated the hotel's location. a short walk brought me into the city center. the room was spacious and overlooked the countryside. the bed offered great comfort and contributed to a restful night.
parking was an additional charge (around £25).

the hotel is near the thames path. you can easily walk to the city center through the university grounds, a very pleasant experience. the rural setting provides a tranquil environment.

friendly staff convenient location peaceful atmosphere plentiful breakfast
I found the reception staff friendly. They efficiently checked me into my room. I especially appreciated the convenient location to the city center. The grounds were lovely and provided a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful and the quality was high. I enjoyed the varied options available each morning.
The phone in my room wasn't working and made ordering room service difficult.

riverside walk varied breakfast polite staff
the location offered a short riverside walk to the city. the breakfast had lots of options. quality evening meals were filling and delicious. i also found the staff to be polite.

Lovely hotel, great amenities
clean room fluffy towels complimentary water
The room was super clean and cozy. Air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. We enjoyed the complimentary bottled water in the chilled fridge. The large, fluffy bath towels were definitely appreciated after using the pool.
I found that skimmed milk was not available during one breakfast service, slightly inconvenient for my dietary needs.
